Detailed information about university
The main credo of the college is the promotion of Chinese culture among students, so the training center prepares the Chinese language and culture of foreign and local Chinese, as well as foreign students from other nations from around the world. The leadership of the college places special emphasis on international cooperation, in every way promoting cultural exchange of students. During its existence, the college has graduated more than one hundred thousand students, among whom were leaders, teachers and other technical staff from more than one hundred & thirty countries of the world.
The policy of the educational center regarding international education is well developed, the college offers various undergraduate programs for foreign students, the quality of education and teaching methods comply with international and European standards. Among the undergraduate programs, we can particularly mention such areas as “Teaching Chinese”, “Intensive HSK”, “Long-Term Chinese Course” and many others. The summer culture and winter camp programs of Chinese culture are organized by the college to consolidate their knowledge during the holidays. This contributes to a rather good sharpening of their practice, following the theory that students received throughout the semester.
Given the location of the training center, the college offers the best educational samples, including a class of teaching, thanks to which it was recognized as the leading universities in the country. The faculty of High school consists of qualified teachers who have conducted research and internships not only in leading institutions of higher education in China but also in foreign educational and research centers. Campus
The college offers two campuses for its students. The first campus of the University is Huilonguan, which is situated in a quiet and beautiful area of Changping, the number of square meters of the town is one hundred & fifty thousands. The second campus, called Fuchengmen, is situated in the center of the city, the distance from Tiananmen Square is only five km. A total of two campuses offer comfortable accommodation for about two thousand students. Students are provided with all the necessary living conditions for their living, all conditions have been created for them. The BLCC has an efficient transport infrastructure and a beautiful landscape, which are undoubtedly the advantages of the university.
In students free time, they can afford to do a sort of activities and additional courses, take, for example, some of them is elective courses, Chinese recitation, intensive lexicon, and others. For those who appreciate art, there are also courses in Chinese painting and calligraphy. Lovers of physical activity can sign up for courses in dance, football, badminton, and even martial arts.
Regular study tours
The management of the college organizes regular study tours around Beijing to consolidate the knowledge gained and to use it properly in practice. The list of places visited includes such historical and cultural heritage areas like the Imperial Palace, with its wonderful atmosphere of the past. Or one more place, which is the Great Wall of China, beautiful construction with an incredible view and other scenic sites. The frequency of such trips is twice a month, and at the end of the semester, tours of the famous scenic spots in Central, Eastern, and Central China are organized.
Student life
Despite the advantages listed above, the college is also famous for its traditional and cultural activities, initiated as guides and by the students themselves under the guidance of teachers. Among the contests held, it should be underlined such as pinyin, the competition of speeches, competition of vocabulary, show of compositions and others. Entertainment and sports events are also held, such as tug-of-war Christmas party, photo contest, Chinese karaoke and others.
