E.C.N.U established in autumn, 1952 under Kvang Hva Academia. In 1958, it entered the list of initial 15 Main educational organizations. In 1987, it got a license to found own colleges and joined the group of such 30 universities.

E.C.N.U has about 5000 faculties. 3000 of them are masters, 2000 pedagogues, Some also work as a lecturer in famous universities such as “Yangtse Student Prize”, “Zijiyang Student Prize”. Currently, 20,000 novice-level and high-school collegers (7,000 are foreigners) are studying at E.C.N.U.
E.C.N.U is continuously developing it’s exchange programs and doing a really good job at it. It has good relationships with other popular universities all over the world and this gives a good way to import students from 200 various colleges, institutions and universities.
Proximately 200 elites are working as master-guiders, call-pedagogues or associate teachers of E.C.N.U.
E.C.N.U is running under the rules of “Huangpu militate College”, published by ministerial education system organization. These rules also are being used in many Chinese provinces and in Thailand.
