Changsha University of Science and Technology recruits 120-160 students for scholarships every year. Scholarships for Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree as well as for language courses are provided.
The university offers the following grants and scholars for foreign students:
• Free yearly Chinese language course.

Campus
The campus of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications is composed of a territory of 7km2. In the campus’s teaching buildings over 2,000 teachers, 150 popular senior lecturers and some advisory academicians of Chinese academies of engineering and other sciences and even academicians from the academies of advanced countries (U.S.A, U.K, France, much more) are lecturing and teaching 32,000 students (15,000 undergrad levels, 10,000 grad levels and 7,000 doctoral levels). At present, the campus owes 17 high schools and scientific bureaus, 50 undergrad schemes, 41 postgrad and 3 doctoral schemes.
About collaborations and relationships
Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications possesses a lot of awesome collaboration and relationship with the institutes, colleges and universities from abroad state (Japan, U.S.A, Turkey, U.K, Holland, etc.). It regularly takes part in conferences and discussions about developing and oversea collegians exchanging programs and collaborative R&D projects with these educational institutions. The Microsoft Corporation, the Oracle enterprise, Cisco and HP are the most famous partners of the university.
Recently, HP-associated College of computer sciences and a college of electronics were constructed in virtue of students’ wishes. Over 400 oversea students, come from different 60 regions like Great Britain, Czech Republic, Italy, Russian, U.S.A, are studying in the teaching buildings.
Features of the tuition system of the university
Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications has made great efforts to innovative blueprints and modern technologies. Therefore, now it is recognized as the home of Chinese telecommunications and the root of IT experts and fortes of China. In addition, it is in the top places of the development fields of conducting, engineering, and unit-testing wireless-networks, the future telecommunications, technologies, and frameworks, networks of computers and data encoding, processing big data, environmental protection agency, monitoring networks, advanced producing, designing micro-devices and micro SD-cards.
More than 900 blueprints have been undertaken by now and most of them were highly estimated by the professional in the regional and state levels. They were awarded by “the Award of latest technologies and innovations”, a program of the government. To maintain these scores and to achieve more awards on them or further ones, the university will never stop doing jobs, which make education and living of own students better.
