Harbin Normal University, established in 1952, and now it has become a multi-disciplinary high educational institution with a rich history of academical teaching. It is acknowledged as the leader of training teachers, their qualities, tuition in letters and languages, R&D and other sciences in the province of Heilongjiang. Harbin Normal University occupies a total area of 50km2. The university’s overall asset has been reached to approximately 27,412,000 yuan, and the libraries store a large stock of 4,000,000 volumes and journals in Chinese and other foreign languages. Location
Harbin Normal University is situated in the City of Harbin, is known as the oversea scholars’ favorite place because of its public and the most spoken language in China called “Mandarin Chinese”. The university has built a station of teaching the Chinese language for foreigners and one teaching and dispatching voluntary station of Chinese language masters.
