Programs
The Hebei University of Technology offers its students 69 types of undergraduate programs that cover a fairly large number of areas of study. At the university, there are 17 schools, 1 educational and physical faculty and 2 educational administrative schools.
The higher school offers 6 types of state-level disciplines, as well as 18 types of regional-level disciplines. The university prepares 42 types of doctoral programs, and specialists in 131 types of Bachelor and Master’s programs are being trained. It should be underlined in particular the fact that the Hebei University of Technology is the first higher engineering educational institution in the country, which began to prepare specialists in MBA programs. In addition, the school is the only one in the Hebei region that prepares students for the EMBA program. The university offers 9 types of post-doctoral students in various fields, among which “Materials Science and Engineering” is a special national program.

More than 2,400 qualified teachers work at the Higher Educational Institution. 1350 of them are full-time teachers, the remaining 700 are professors, besides 682 have doctoral degrees. Thus, as a result of this research, a group of teachers has acquired over 450 patents in all this time, and the position of the University has been strengthened since then. And now, the Higher School is one of the outstanding scientific centers of inventions and innovations in China.

Higher education has several university campuses, which can host up to several tens of thousands of students. One of the campuses is located in Langfang City, the number of square meters of the first HEBUT campus is about 2,700,000. The management of the Higher School places special emphasis on international cooperation, the quality of education and the creation of brands for educational exchanges. In this connection, several laws have been approved, which suggest the promotion of gifted students with international scholarships. Today, the University has concluded a partnership memorandum on international cooperation with the following countries: USA, Russia, France, Great Britain, and others. The total geography of the countries with which a partnership agreement was concluded is more than 50. As vivid examples of the positive results of this cooperation, 500 foreign students arrived on the exchange program and 800 students from China were sent abroad to continue their studies.
