Liaoning Normal University is a university, which is situated in a magnificent seashore town in the North of Chinese called Dalian. Being opened in 1950s, the institution suggests courses in 21 centers. It is a large institution offering many disciplines for different levels ranging from doctoral to postgraduate as well as over 80 faculties for bachelor degree students.

Scholarships
Liaoning Normal University recruits 80-110 students for scholarships every year. Scholarships for Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree as well as for language courses are provided.

Training internationals
For training international students, College of International Education takes the responsibility. It is accepted by Department of Education that the university can allow overseas freshmen to receive Chinese scholarships of the state. Also it became a university authorized by Hanban for accepting learners under Confucius grants. Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council confirmed over 20 international educations of China and also Liaoning Normal University. The university is also well-known for assigning to test HSK exam. It collaborated with higher colleges in the US (Miami) and Italy (Milan).
Accommodation
There is an accommodation in use of any foreign scholar in the area of the university. The accommodation consist of double rooms are new-fashioned and very comfortable. The rooms are provided with internet, air-conditioners, televisions, refrigerators and every equipment necessary for living and studying.
Extra information
Proposing Chinese language as an important subject, the university plans to spread this language for communication and relationships. For over 30 years approximately 12,100 foreign students from 42 states and provinces has been admitted. After finishing the study most of the students have occupied cultural, diplomatic fields. Now the school is a home to 850 learners of 42 nations and about half of them have chosen postgraduate, undergraduate. In addition, 550 students are improving Chinese language at various stages.
