Heilongjiang University locates in Harbin, a famous landspace city in northeastern China. The university was founded in 1941 on the basis of the Chinese communist revolution. In 1958 was expanded and rebuilt into Heilongjiang University.
Heilongjiang University – is a provincial university. It has language disciplines, commercial law, philosophy of Marxism, business and water management.
